| 1. |
Larry Fitzgerald - Cardinals
The leagues top fantasy WR. The margin of the top 3 is really small however. |
|
| 2. |
Calvin Johnson - Lions
Megatrons upside beats anyone on this list, including Fitzgerald. Had an injury plagued 2009 season, but he is still a beast. |
|
| 3. |
Andre Johnson- Texans
The top fantasy receiver two years in a row, but the long term potential of Fitz and Johnson, have him stuck at No. 3. |
|
| 4. |
Brandon Marshall - Broncos
His Top-2 upside is to be desired for those owners that can stomach the ongoing frustration of rostering Baby T.O. |
|
| 5. |
Roddy White - Falcons
Height and Weight keeping him outside of top 3 WR status. He has likely reached his ceiling, but his consistency is solid. |
|
| 6. |
Greg Jennings - Packers
The emergence of Jermichael Finley hurts Jennings value some, but in an extremely high powered offense led by A. Rodgers, he will get his for a long time. |
|
| 7. |
DeSean Jackson - Eagles
Big play receiver with tremendous upside. Small stature brings durability concerns especially if he continues to return kicks. |
|
| 8. |
Marques Colston - Saints
A TD machine when he is on the field. Inconsistency keeps him from elite status however. |
|
| 9. |
Michael Crabtree - 49ers
Ability to step in mid season and immediately contribute is amazing. He will continue to climb this list over the next season or two. |
|
| 10. |
Vincent Jackson - Chargers
A physical specimen that has likely reached his ceiling. His inconsistent play is the only concern here. |
|
| 11. |
Santonio Holmes - Steelers
A consistent possession reciever that would be 5 spots higher if he could reach the 10 TD mark. |
|
| 12. |
Sidney Rice - Vikings
A young version of Randy Moss. A nice end zone threat. Will learn a lot from Brett Favre. |
|
| 13. |
Miles Austin - Cowboys
His upside is that of a Top-7 WR. We still need to see a little more. |
|
| 14. |
Dwayne Bowe - Chiefs
You can buy low this offseason. Solid upside, but work ethic is still a question mark. |
|
| 15. |
Percy Harvin - Vikings
What we have seen to date only scratches the surface of his upside. |
|
| 16. |
Hakeem Nicks - Giants
A young Anquan Boldin that will be the top receiving option in NYG by 2010. Yards after the catch. Enough said. |
|
| 17. |
Kenny Britt - Titans
Easily the top receiving option on the Titans roster. If the passing game in Tenn. does not slow his growth too much he can emerge as one of the leagues elite by 2011. |
|
| 18. |
Reggie Wayne - Colts
2-3 years left of consistent high level production will keep him in the Top 15 for at least another season. |
|
| 19. |
Steve Smith - Giants
An excellent route runner that should post 80+ catch seasons for the foreseeable future. |
|
| 20. |
Pierre Garcon - Colts
Has proven early on to be a big play target for Peyton. Manning trusts him which speaks volumes. Garcon is untapped talent. |
|
| 21. |
Steve Smith - Panthers
2-3 years of solid production left. |
|
| 22. |
Mike Sims-Walker - Jags
A solid player with nice upside, but a limited ceiling. We need him to stay healthy for another season to shed the injury prone label. |
|
| 23. |
Jeremy Maclin - Eagles
Young receiver with upside had a very solid rookie campaign. PPR leagues take notice. |
|
| 24. |
Steve Breaston - Cardinals
Has to deal with Leinart at QB, but value is trending up with the Boldin trade. Solid WR3/4 value in 2010 with upside. |
|
| 25. |
Mohammed Massaquoi - Browns
Developmental player with nice upside. In need of a QB. |
|
| 26. |
Robert Meachem - Saints
Has the size and speed combination to be dangerous. He is hurt by the balanced Saints attack, but upside is huge. |
|
| 27. |
Randy Moss - Patriots
2009 was another solid season for this elite talent, but his days are clearly numbered. |
|
| 28. |
Austin Collie - Colts
Finding good chemistry with Peyton Manning. A good situation to learn in as well. This is a situation to monitor as Anthony Gonzalez returns from injury. |
|
| 29. |
Julian Edelman - Patriots
Very impressive stepping in for an injured Wes Welker. A tough kid that cares a lot about football. A bright future in NE. |
|
| 30. |
Mike Wallace - Steelers
His catch of the year in 2009 is a sign of things to come. Big upside here but still needs some time to develop. |
|
| 31. |
Wes Welker - Patriots
It may be a long time before we see this remarkable PPR machine make the sharp cuts again that made him so dangerous. |
|
| 32. |
Johnny Knox - Bears
One of the most explosive players in the league. Get him now if you can. His value is rising. |
|
| 33. |
Braylon Edwards - Jets
He gets one more shot, and then that is it! |
|
| 34. |
Josh Morgan - 49ers
A strong finish to 2009 has him climbing this list. Opportunity limited as the #3 receiving option in SF. A nice long term prospect if you can wait that long. |
|
| 35. |
Eddie Royal - Broncos
What happened here? Buy low candidate in 2010. |
|
| 36. |
Donnie Avery - Rams
Nice upside, but starting to develop an injury prone label. |
|
| 37. |
Mario Manningham - Giants
Climbing up this list, however his is not as talented as Hakeem Nicks. Needs to work on route running. |
|
| 38. |
Anquan Boldin - Ravens
Questions about his ability to stay healthy make him a dangerous Dynasty Prospect, but he should enjoy a solid 2010-2011 with strong-armed Joe Flacco and the Ravens. |
|
| 39. |
Early Doucet - Cardinals
The Boldin trade puts him on the map in your Dynasty league. Keep tabs on his summer, he could surprise. |
|
| 40. |
Louis Murphy - Raiders
Have patience here, because he has upside. |
|
| 41. |
Devin Thomas - Redskins
Showed some flashes late season 2009. |
|
| 42. |
Chaz Schilens - Raiders
Foot injury and Jamarcus Russel derailed his breakout in 2009. Developmental player with solid upside competing for catches. |
|
| 43. |
Harry Douglas - Falcons
A preseason ACL injury sidelined until 2010. A nice emerging dynasty prospect if you have the roster room to stash him. He will replace M. Jenkins as the #2. |
|
| 44. |
Jordy Nelson - Packers
Buried on the depth chart behind legit talent. Has the game to emerge as a valuable fantasy commodity in time. |
|
| 45. |
Chad Ochocinco - Bengals
Still getting it done, but he is a little too old to produce as the only legit receiving option in Cinn. |
|
| 46. |
Devin Hester - Bears
Looks as though he is not going to emerge as a true top receiver in the league. His upside is limited. |
|
| 47. |
Roy E. Williams - Cowboys
Not as elite as he thinks he is. |
|
| 48. |
Anthony Gonzalez - Colts
What will happen here is anyones guess. |
|
| 49. |
Devin Aromashodu - Bears
Got a chance late in the season and made the most of it. If the Bears do not bring in a big body WR, Aromashodu value takes a nice bump. |
|
| 50. |
Jerricho Cotchery - Jets
Cotchery is what he is. His upside is 1,000 yards and a few TDs. He is now the #2/3 passing option in NYJ behind Braylon Edwards and Dustin Keller with a young Mark Sachez at the helm. |
|
| 51. |
Joshua Cribbs - Browns
Versatile Weapon. Will suffer from never being a complete receiver. |
|
| 52. |
Andre Caldwell - Bengals
Not fast enough to spread defenses and be special. Limited upside. |
|
| 53. |
Lee Evans - Bills
A great player in a terrible situation. It is a shame. |
|
| 54. |
Earl Bennett - Bears
Not explosive, but could develop into a reliable FLEX option in deep PPR leagues. |
|
| 55. |
Brian Hartline - Dolphins
Not elite by any means, but can serve as a legitimate flex option. |
|
| 56. |
Malcolm Floyd - Chargers
Aging player that will be looking for a new contract in FA. In the right situation, he has some sneaky value. |
|
| 57. |
Davone Bess - Dolphins
Perennial Flex WR option. Only value is really in PPR leagues. |
|
| 58. |
Mike Thomas - Jaguars
Solid rookie season for this potential slot machine. |
|
| 59. |
T.J. Houshmandzadeh - Seahawks
His value is in PPR leagues and even that is limited at this point. |
|
| 60. |
Nate Burleson - Lions
Too injury prone to be counted on as more than a bye week player, but he does land in a nice spot in Detroit. Sell high if you can. |
|
| 61. |
Antonio Bryant - Bucs
Clearly not as good as 2008, Bryant will be the most coveted unrestricted free agent this summer. Yea, it will be a down year. |
|
| 62. |
Brandon Tate - Patriots
Very talented player that makes a nice roster stash with the Welker injury. |
|
| 63. |
Bernard Berrian - Vikings
Upside limited, especially with all the other top-tier talent on the Vikings roster. |
|
| 64. |
Darrius Heyward-Bey - Oakland
In probably the worst developmental spot for a young, raw WR. |
|
| 65. |
Deon Butler - Seahawks
Polished speedster that could rise up the depth chart in Seattle. |
|
| 66. |
Lance Moore - Saints
Passed on the depth chart by the emerging and more talented Robert Meachem. Still has a chance to be a PPR asset in dynasty leagues, so do not cut bait just yet. |
|
| 67. |
James Hardy - Bills
Redzone threat that is still very raw as a wideout. 2010 will be a big year in his development. |
|
| 68. |
Malcolm Kelly - Redskins
Has just not been able to stay on the field, or produce when he is on it. |
|
| 69. |
Limas Sweed - Steelers
The emergence of Mike Wallace pushes Sweed down further on the depth chart. Sweed needs to show something this summer or hope for a change of scenery. |
|
| 70. |
Steve Johnson - Bills
Needs to see the field this season, could surprise. |
|
| 71. |
Ramses Barden - Giants
Long term prospect with huge upside. |
|
| 72. |
Kevin Ogletree - Cowboys
The Cowboys have had some luck with undrafted wideouts recently. Roy E. Williams should be looking over his shoulder. |
|
| 73. |
Sammie Stroughter - Bucs
Stroughter has upside, but remains a raw product. Opportunity to grow with QB Josh Freeman. |
|
| 74. |
Santana Moss - Redskins
Slowing down and ready for a steep decline. |
|
| 75. |
Ted Ginn Jr. - Dolphins
He is not a #1. Plain and simple. |
|
