Week 5: Thoughts and Preview

So Calvin "Megatron" Johnson is on pace for 32 TD's and Tom Brady is on pace for over 6,00 passing yards through 4 weeks...and it took until Week 4 for us to welcome back Arian Foster, Frank Gore, and Chris Johnson. The preseason RB1's stepped it up this past week statistically and each played a big part in their teams victories as well. Andre Johnson scared every fantasy owner across the country when he went down without contact, luckily he will only miss a few weeks. That injury opens the door for Jacoby Jones and Kevin Walter to step up and boost their Dynasty value in the coming weeks, although their long term value remains unappealing. Bye weeks are coming in to play so players like Eric Decker, Victor Cruz, Stevan Ridley, and more all present good value this upcoming week as waiver wire pickups.  Lets check out some other thoughts for each team for this week's rundown.

Week 4: Thoughts and Preview

Three weeks in and only the Bills and Lions can keep up with the defending champions Packers with a 3-0 record. The only team or player that has made a bigger surprise splash than those two teams is Cam Newton who came back to earth this past week with a mediocre passing game but did manage to record his first win. Kenny Britt's season is now over with a torn ACL and MCL, and crushes Dynasty owners bad since Britt was easily playing like a Top 5 WR. Week 4 is rapidly approaching, let's run through some thoughts for each team.

Early Season Reactions: Week 2
Is it hard to believe that Cam Newton would pass for 400 yards in a game during his rookie season? Maybe not, but if we told you that he'd do it in back to back weeks to start the season, you would have laughed. And here we are...heading towards Week 3 and Cam has 854 yards passing. Oh, and not to mention, 71 yards and 2 TD's on the ground. But he wasn't the only big news of Week 2, we had a massive injury with Jamaal Charles' ACL tear. Let's take a look at some Week 2 observations.

Week 3: Thoughts and Preview
It is quite clear Peyton Manning is not coming back this season, and more injuries seem to be mounting up. 2010 NFL Rookie Running Back Profiles
The running back is a former cornerstone to any championship Dynasty football team. In the current version of the NFL, though, each team seemingly needs at least 2, if not 3 productive RB's on their roster. Gone are the days of every NFL team feeding one RB the ball 25 times a game every game. RB's are now asked to be productive while only touching the ball 10-15 times a game. The 2010 Draft Class is not filled with many RB's that will blow you away with their franchise player ability.
