Dynasty Rankings Update: RB
The top of the running back mountain is in flux. Two seasons ago it was Chris Johnson, Adrian Peterson, Maurice Jones-Drew and then everyone else. In 2010, Arian Foster crashed the party and has continued to march up the list this season, stopping at the top. He has some serious competition from LeSean McCoy and Ray Rice, as well as a potential bounceback in CJ and a potential breakout in Ryan Mathews. Let's take a look at the movement in our rankings as we get ready for the offseason.

Week 15 Preview: Pressure Cooker
It's time to make some big decisions in fantasy leagues everywhere. A lot of nice matchups for RB's this week with something to prove. Kevin Smith returns to the Lions for a tasty matchup with the Raiders, and Beanie Wells has a great matchup with the Browns. Week 14 Preview: Playoff Time
It only took 13 weeks but it seems Chris Johnson is back...congratulations to owners who stuck with him through the agonizing 3 months. On the other hand sorry for Matt Forte owners and Bears fans everywhere after losing their starting QB and BEAST RB, it now looks like the Bears will be fighting really hard just to make the playoffs. The Packers are still undefeated and Aaron Rodgers shows no sign of letting up. There is a lot more drama going on this week in the NFL so lets go and take a deeper look into each matchup.

Week 13 Reactions: Cam-tastic
Heading into the season's last quarter, there is still plenty of drama to play itself out, but in the NFL and in fantasy. We have teams battling for the playoffs and others jockeying for draft pick positioning. Sucking for Luck is not just for the Colts, Dynasty owners want a piece of the hype as well. Fantasy playoffs are starting this week in many leagues, making this a nail biting weekend. Stick with your Beasts, they got you where you are, but don't be afraid to roll the dice on a FLEX spot. Week 13 Preview: The Stretch Run
Gearing up for the playoffs means Week 13 is a big week for most fantasy owners out there. With a number of injuries still plaguing some of the league's best players there are a lot of hidden gems to look out for this week. Victor Cruz is now a BEAST and a top 5 WR at this point of the season. Jay Cutler is not returning this season but Johnny Knox value has come on strong, being targeted 10 times by backup QB Caleb Hanie and has 7 catches and over 200 yards the last two weeks with a pair of TD's. The fantasy landscape continues to change. Week 11 brought another wave of injuries and emerging talents. Kevin Smith came back from obscurity and injuries to Jay Cutler, Adrian Peterson and Fred Jackson will force some Dynasty prospects into action in the coming weeks. Fantasy Playoffs are around the corner and with the bye weeks over it's time to tighten up the bench. Handcuff your Beasts, cut the replacement level fodder and add a few young prospects that could get a chance later this season.

Week 7 Thoughts and Preview
What an eventful week, that started With Brandon Marshall pointing out he would get kicked out of Monday Night's showdown with the Jets, but the only showdown that occurred was with coaches Jim Harbaugh and Jim Schwartz after the surprising 49er's beat the Lions in Detroit. Dynasty Prospect Christian Ponder will make his first start Sunday against yes, the Packers, and Carson Palmer is back under center but with the Raiders, which can potentially boost his fantasy value as well as his WR's value down the road. This is a big week for waiver wire pickups with 6 teams on bye: New England, Buffalo, Cincinnati, Giants, Philly and San Francisco. Lets go through some more thoughts on how this week could pan out.

Don't believe the hype. That was the word on the street this spring and summer regarding Cam Newton. He is quickly making believers out of every critic with his play thus far this season. Now both teams have bright spots, with the Colts it seems Curtis Painter has found a favorite target in Pierre Garcon. Jacob Tamme...Beast Master? Week 9 Recap
Two weeks ago, Dallas Clark was put on Injured Reserve and an unknown 3rd year tight end named Jacob Tamme took his place in the lineup. It has only taken Tamme two games to replace Clark in fantasy lineups as well. He has seen is Dynasty and Re-draft value skyrocket after an impressive 11 catches, 108 yards and a TD. Week 9 was full of hard hits, emerging talent and established Beasts showing their worth. Playoff pictures are starting to clear up a bit, as they are in your fantasy league. 2008 RB Class: The Best Ever?
Two and a half years ago, Arkansas junior Darren McFadden was the lead RB prospect heading into the NFL Draft, ahead of other potential Beasts such as Jonathan Stewart, Chris Johnson and Felix Jones. Not only was this RB Class rich with top end prospects, but it was deep with talent. We are going to take a look back at this dynamic class, examining each of the prospects, their current value and future Dynasty upside. In a year or two, it would not be a surprise if 5 or more of these guys was in the Top 10 in scoring at the position, a remarkable feat for a single draft class.

A whole lot is going on this Fantasy season, and with the league cracking down on concussions, we are seeing elite players like Jay Cutler and potnetially Aaron Rodgers missing time. 12-Team Expert Mock Draft
BeastOrBust was asked to participate in a 12-Team Experts Mock Draft hosted by Steven Lourie of the Football Fan Spot. This is a 12-Team, 16 Round Mock Draft under the following assumptions: Standard Scoring, Non-PPR and 6 Points for a TD. A nice feature of this mock was for each participant to provide a comment on their draft strategy with each pick. Some odd games in Week 6. Tom Brady throws 5 Touchdowns in the 2nd quarter of a 59-0 routing of the Titans. He likely won your fantasy matchup this week despite how your other players fared. Drew Brees throws 5 Touchdowns against a Giants defense that never showed up in New Orleans. He likely won your game for you also. The Raiders beat an emerging Eagles squad.
