Week 12 Preview: Turkey Time
The fantasy football feast started Thursday with the Packers Lions tilt, followed by the Dolphins and Cowboys, and then Ravens and 49ers for the nightcap. Everyone is looking to make that push into the playoffs and with tons on injuries plaguing the league right now there are a slew of waiver wire players you should be looking at. No Teams on bye weeks anymore so lets get into this weeks matchups to help you avoid that Thanksgiving hangover.

Packers:
We all know your going to play Rodgers, Jennings, and Nelson, but now with RB James Starks nursing a bad ankle, look for Ryan Grant to carry a bigger load this week against a Lions D that allows 4.8 YPC. With the potent Packers offense you just never know who will breakout this week.

Lions:
The Rebirth of Kevin Smith! He had a fantasy owners dream last week, basically scoring and totaling yards every way he could. Now since the Packers defense is suspect against the run, Smith could be a nice FLEX play, but if they get up early expect the Lions to throw the ball a lot. All Lions should be starting anyway(This means stafford, Megatron, and Pettigrew) but watch out for TE Tony Scheffler who has scored a TD the last three games.

Dolphins:
The Dolphins are on fire of late with the help of Reggie Bush who has been playing like a RB1/2 the last three weeks. Now they are facing a much tougher opponent than they have in the Cowboys. Dallas has been good against the run all year and on QB's so be cautious when putting Matt Moore in your lineup. Brandon Marshall should bounce back. Reggie Bush seems like the only other viable option since he gets the goal line work over Daniel Thomas of late.

Cowboys:
DeMarco Murray will have a tough time running. The Dolphins have not allowed any rusher to go over 80 yards since week 2, but their pass defense is suspect, which is why Tony Romo might have a big day along with Dez Bryant and newcomer Laurent Robinson who has filled in very nicely for Miles Austin, he has 5 TD in the last 4 games.

49ers:
Gore is banged up and facing a stingy Ravens run defense this week, so do not expect much unless he has a game like Marshawn Lynch had a few weeks ago but I doubt it.  RB Kendall Hunter will see some more reps too, but you might not see any big plays coming with their conservative offense. By the way Vernon Davis has a TD his last two games. Michael Crabtree broke out last week but he has been a non factor most weeks so wait and see, he is more a WR3 this week.

Ravens:
Ray Rice of course is a play, and now with the emergence of WR Torrey Smith, Flacco has another solid option outside Boldin to throw too. Both these WR's are solid WR2 this week. The 49er's have possibly the best defense in the league, so this game could be a bruiser with a heavy run approach.

Vikings:
Losing AP hurts the Vikings, but it opens the door for Toby Gerhart. Facing the Falcons defense this week is not an ideal situation for any RB. Percy Harvin has been taking carries too of late and it looks like he might be the go to guy now for Ponder. Harvin is a nice WR2 especially since he might be taking some carries in the backfield too.

Falcons:
The Falcons are facing a bad pass defense so Ryan, White, Gonzalez, and Julio Jones if he is healthy are nice plays. If Jones can't go, WR Harry Douglas is a nice FLEX sleeper. Michael Turner is always in line for a big week with the amount of carries he gets as well.

Panthers:
This is the week for Jonathan Stewart and DeAngelo Williams to breakout. They are facing the Colts which means any Panther can go off. You are already playing Cam Newton and Steve Smith and maybe TE Greg Olsen too. But this could be the week the RB's go off. Williams more since he has had the most success the last few weeks.

Colts:
The only upside is RB Donald Brown who has been the primary RB with Addai out. The Panthers are awful against the run, and Brown could have a big game, stranger things have happened. Outside of Brown stay away from any other Colt unless you are desperate to start either Reggie Wayne or Pierre Garcon.

Buccaneers:
LeGarrette Blount has a nice matchup this week with a not so good Titans run defense. Same goes for TE Kellen Winslow who broke over 100 yards last week. The Titans are much better guarding WR's so watch for Mike Williams who might be lockdown most of the game, but Winslow and Blount have the better matchups this week.

Titans:
Maybe the Jack Locker ERA has began. If so, he has a tough matchup even though he threw 2 TD last week. The Bucs have been generous to the run this year, so again Chris Johnson has a nice matchup but with his play this year we do not know what he will do.

Texans:
With no Matt Schaub for the rest of the season, Matt Leinart will make his first start for the 1st place Texans. He does have Arian Foster and Ben Tate as his RB's so it might be easy for Leinart this week since they will be facing the Jaguars. Andre Johnson might return if so be careful as he has a new QB throwing to him.

Jaguars:
MJD is the only play this week. He only rushed for 63 yards in week 8 against the Texans, but now he is facing a defense without Mario Williams and that is a plus for MJD.

Cardinals:
Even with all the problems to injuries the Cards are having Larry Fitzgerald always seems to put in a big game. Playing the Rams this week you can make a case for Beanie Wells but he is a hit or miss this season. Fitzgerald is the only option at the moment. Looks like Kevin Kolb will not be back this week.

Rams:
Steven Jackson had a tough game last week, but has a chance to run all over the Rams again this week. He registered 130 rushing yards last meeting and coming off a bad game look for SJAX to play well. Brandon Lloyd is a WR3 play this week too.

Bills:
With Fred Jackson on IR, the Bills lose their most powerful offensive option. This means C.J. Spiller could receive the bulk of carries but rookie Johnny White can come into play now too, so watch for him to get some action this week. Facing the Jets is not good for Fitzpatrick or Stevie Johnson who have struggled since the hot start they had.

Jets:
The Jets are struggling too so this matchup will boost somebody's value, and it could be Shonn Greene since the Bills are not good against the run. TE Dustin Keller has not scored a TD since week 2, and WR Burress only gets looks in the red zone, but with Sanchez struggling it is tough to see these players anything but a TE2 and WR3.

Browns:
The only person on this team offensively that has a shot of a big game is RB Chris Ogbonnaya who rushed for over 100 yards last week. He faces a much tougher defense in the Bengals than he did with the Jaguars last week.

Bengals:
Believe it or not the Browns are the best fantasy defense against opposing QB's and WR's. With that in mind keep an eye on TE Jermaine Gresham and RB Cedric Benson who ran all over the Browns in week 1 with 125 yards and a TD.

Redskins:
The Redskins have been struggling lately and facing a tough Seattle defense. It seems the only viable option this week is TE Fred Davis and maybe WR Jabar Gaffney. The Seahawks have been very kind to opposing TE's this year.

Seahawks:
Beast Mode Marshawn Lynch has been playing like a RB1 the last few weeks scoring a TD the last six games, and with nobody but Sidney Rice in the passing game look for some more big plays from Lynch this week.

Bears:
No Jay Cutler means Caleb Hanie will be taking snaps so this boosts the value of BEAST Matt Forte again. Even Marion Barber is a deep FLEX play, he has been stealing some TD's of late. The Raiders allow 5.2 YPC so expect a heavy run attack this week.

Raiders:
Michael Bush has stepped up big with Run DMC out, and this week you can expect to see more of that. With Carson Palmer throwing 6TD's in the last three games but with injuries to Jacoby Ford, Denarius Moore and Heyward-Bey it is tough to see a good game against a turnover prone defense.

Patriots:
It is clear Tom Brady has a favorite target and it is TE Rob Gronkowski who is a BEAST at the TE position. WR Wes Welker has been seeing less catches of late but at the same time he can go off. Facing the Eagles this week who have had their problems could mean the Pats get up early and lean on BJGE to run.

Eagles:
Vick is a question mark right now, but LeSean McCoy is not. He is always a must play and if DJAX can put aside the unsportsmanlike behavior, he could be huge.  But other than that avoid all Eagles, except Vince Young if you are truly desperate.

Broncos:
Tim Tebow is winning games and playing well. He is facing the Chargers, who he almost led a comeback win against 6 weeks ago. Tebow can be a nice play this week. Willis McGahee should be healthy this week too other than that no other Broncos are decent options.

Chargers:
It is tough to say if Vincent Jackson is going off, he seems to have a big game every few weeks and then bad games too. But he is a nice play along with TE Antonio Gates too. RB Ryan Mathews had a big game last meeting but might be out for Sunday. That leaves Mike Tolbert as the lead back.

Steelers:
You should see Big Ben fully rested this week, which is great news for the passing attack. RB Rashard Mendenhall should have a good game against a weak Chiefs run defense. WR's Mike Wallace and Antonio Brown should be plays as well.

Chiefs:
New QB Kyle Orton will give the Chiefs a more viable QB, but he might not play this week. The only fantasy option is Dwayne Bowe at the moment The Steelers are a much better defense than the Pats and the Chiefs only scored 3 points last week.

Saints:
All Saints are plays, but watch out for Darren Sproles to since he has been struggling of late and the Giants are very good in limiting opposing RB's yards and TD's. Expect a nice dose of Drew Brees this week. Jimmy Graham, Marques Colston and even Lance Moore should see a healthy amount of targets.

Giants:
Brandon Jacobs should start again and with no Ahmad Bradshaw he is a RB2 against a bad Saints run defense. Nicks, Mannigham, and Cruz are nice options as well as it could be shootout this week, but watch for TE Jake Ballard to make some noise as he keeps getting more and more catches each week.
