Armed with early draft grades and plenty of scouting information, NFL Head Coaches head to Mobile Alabama in late January to get (in most cases) their first glance of this years aspiring rookie talent.  The Senior Bowl is an invite only event, where those  graduating Seniors considered "NFL Ready" have a chance to display their talent.  The Senior Bowl is the first time that early draft grade perceptions begin to change.  The chosen talent pool provides a unique parity among prospects to separate themselves from the competition.

And with that goes the opportunity to buy low on Jay Cutler in your Dynasty League. Martz' offensive scheme will take advantage of Cutler's big downfield arm and should help pad his fantasy stats. This is great news for Chicago wideouts - watch closely this summer to see who emerges from the group of Devin Hester, Devin Aromashodu, Earl Bennett and Johnny Knox. This will also keep Matt Forte heavily involved in the passing game. Greg Olsen's value takes a hit here as Martz has never utilized tight ends in the passing game.  
As a Dynasty owner, even if you are not in contention this season, your job is far from over. NFL teams that are also out of the playoff mix are going to start to evaluate all of the talent they have on their rosters with an eye on 2010. This is a great time to evaluate your own roster, getting rid of any limited upside players and replacing them with players that have potential. There are no sleepers in Dynasty Fantasy Football.  At this point in the 2009 season, the players outlined within this edition of Emerging Dynasty Prospects are likely already rosterd in your Dynasty league.  If not, get to the waiver wire right now and find a spot for them immediately.  While these emerging talents are already recognized as players with upside, proper strategy must be taken with regard to the appropriate timing and value associated with player acquisition.

Coming off a beastly 50 TD campaign in 2007, Tom Terrific was the twinkle of dynasty owners' eyes going into 2008. But he tore his ACL and MCL in the first quarter of the first game of the season. So, here we are in 2009. Is Tom Brady a dynasty beast or bust at this point in his career?
